Former UGA Football Stars Invest in Athens!

Cincinnati Bengals linebacker David Pollack and Seattle Seahawks quarterback David Greene have partnered with Gainesville developer Phil Nichols and are now the principal investors in the 412 Thomas Luxury Condominium project in downtown Athens.

412 Thomas Luxury Condos boasts a 10,000 square foot courtyard with in-ground pool and pavilion, as well as three separate parking levels for owners and their guests.

"We wanted to purchase a place in Athens," state investors Pollack and Greene. "Once we discovered 412 Thomas, we immediately fell in love with the high level of quality that surrounds this project - so much so that we invested in the whole thing." According to developer Phil Nichols, the first thing the three partners and friends did after making the deal was to reserve one unit for themselves.
