About the Developer

412 Thomas has truly been a labor of love for all involved. The engineering, architecture and design work was done by the firm Armentrout, Roebuck & Matheny. ARM is locally owned and operated, each partner having worked in their respective fields of expertise for at least twenty years.

Currently, we are taking bids from commercial construction companies who specialize in building mid-rise condominium developments. Once we have chosen a commercial construction partner for this project, we will release their name and information.
